The line graph is indicating the monthly performance of selected outlet and year.

User able to view the score of their washer, dryer, service, also cleanliness.

Comment by Customer

This section shows comment review with contact details of reviewer.

• Resolve; indicating user have taken action to satisfied customer.
• In progress; means issue being actively worked on.
• Reply; allows you to directly engage with customers, customers feel valued when their feedback is acknowledged and addressed directly.
