User Compensation

The role of User Compensation is to let user to send specific reward to the customers, either voucher, e-token, or stamp.

The details will be displayed in table as below:

  • Action: A button for user to provide the customers with rewards.
  • User Name: Shows the user name of customer.
  • Phone Number: The phone number of customer.
  • Email: Display the user’s email.
  • Member ID: Unique combination of alphabet and numbers to be recognize each customer.
  • Rewarded Times: Total reward was received by the customers, combining voucher, stamp, and e-token.
  • Voucher Rewarded (times): Total number of occurance that voucher was rewarded to the customer.
  • Stamp Rewarded (times): Total number of stamp was rewarded to the customer.
  • Washer Stamp Granted: Total number of washer stamp was rewarded to the customer.
  • Dryer Stamp Granted: Total number of dryer stamp was rewarded to the customer.
  • e-Token Rewarded (times): Total number of occurance that e-Token was rewarded to the customer.
  • Total e-Token Granted (tokens): Total amount of e-Token was rewarded to the customer.

 

Rewarding loyal customers

Check user history

The user can also examine a particular kind of award history, involving tokens, stamps, or vouchers.

Details about the reward history will be shown, including:

  • User Name: Shows the user name of customer.
  • Phone Number: The phone number of customer.
  • Email: Display the user’s email.
  • Member ID: Unique combination of alphabet and numbers to be recognize each customer.
  • Reward Type: Type of reward given to the customer (voucher, token, stamp).
  • Remark: Function of compensation, either reward or refund.
  • Voucher ID: The voucher ID that rewarded to the customer.
  • Voucher Type: The type of the voucher was rewarded to the customer (flat, rate).
  • Voucher Amount: The value of the voucher that rewarded to the customer.
  • Washer Stamp: The number of washer stamp reward given to the customer.
  • Dryer Stamp: The number of dryer stamp was rewarded to the customer.
  • e-Token Amount: The total amount of e-Token reward given to the customer.
