The primary goal is to record and analyze the revenue generated from your coin-operated machines. This helps in understanding the business’s cash flow and financial health.
Coin Collection by Outlet
By tracking the expected versus actual amounts collected, the report can help identify any discrepancies that might indicate operational issues or theft. Report will show details as below:
- Date & time : States the time when the PIC was do collection.
- Outlet : Shows name of outlet accordingly.
- Percentage : Shows the percentage of discrepancy between the system counted and the staff counted.
- PIC : Shows the person in charge who did the collection.
Coin Collection by Machine
The report might track which machines (washers, dryers and vending) are used most frequently. This can help in understanding customer preferences and planning for maintenance or future upgrades.
Regular collection and counting of coins can help in scheduling maintenance for coin-operated machines. Machines that see more frequent use might require more frequent maintenance. The report will provide the details as follows:
- Date & time : States the time when the PIC was do collection.
- Machines : Shows each machine in selected outlet.
- Percentage : Shows the percentage of discrepancy between the system counted and staff counted for each machine.
Bill Collection Report
Tracking the number of tokens dispensed helps in assessing the machine’s performance and ensuring that it’s adequately stocked with tokens to meet customer demand. The report will display the details listed below:
- Date & time : Display the time when the PIC was do collection.
- Bill acceptor : Display registered bill acceptors (BA) in outlet.
- Different percent : Display the percentage of discrepancy between the system counted and staff counted for each BA.
