Objection
Launch https://https://info.thelaundro.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/08/image-26-2.png.com/ in a web browser such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and etcetera. Click Login (Red box) to log in your account.
Insert your username or email and password, then click Login to start logging your account.
In order to log in as franchisor or staff, click Franchisor Login and Staff Login respectively.

Forgot Password
After clicking Forgot Password? from Figure 2, submit the email of your Laundro’s account in the following insert box. An email will be sent to reset password and able to set a new password for your account.

Change Password
At the top right of the webpage, search and click the button (red box indicated), then click Profile (green box indicated).

Search and click Change Password (red box indicated).

A box is prompted for users to enter current and desired new password for Laundro account.
Click Submit and users’ current password will be replaced by new password.
