Loyalty Admin – User Performance
Once the admin clicks on the User Performance from Figure 3a, it will redirect the admin to the User Performance page. The role of user performance page is to let the admin to see the user performance according to the date filter function. The user performance will be displayed as in Name, Number, Join Date, Total Spent in RM, e-Token Spent, Last transaction Date, Voucher Collected, Voucher Spent, Washer Used, Dryer Used
By using the function of Select Date, admin will be able to filter (Blue Button) the results they want. There is also a reset button (Grey Button) that can let the admin to reset their filters.
|Total Spent in RM
|This is the total spent by the customer which includes both e-Token and e-Wallet
|This column shows that the total amount of the e-Token that (not E-wallet) used by the user.
|This column shows that the total amount of voucher that collected by the customers.
|This column shows that the total amount of voucher that spent by the customers.
|This column shows that the number of washers used by the customers
|This column shows that the number of dryers used by the customers
Once the admin clicks on the “– “from Figure 3.3a, it will show a pop-up a calendar to let the admin to choose a specific date to see the performance for that day.
Once the admin clicks on the “10“ from Figure 3.3a, it will show a pop-up list of user data that can view by the admin. For example, if admin choose 20 entries and the user data will be limited to 20 per page.
